We will be closing this clan at the end of the month.

Registrations have also been taken off line.. (haha spammers, good luck in creating false accounts!)
One of the reasons we are quitting is beacuse we are sick of server companies.
We are no longer prepared to pay to be insulted or spoken to like children by big headed pillocks.
If this guy thinks that he can speak to people in the manner he does and expects to still have a company in 10 years time, he is seriously deluded.
A civil attitude goes a long way in this world but this guy has had a bad attitude since day dot.
If he thinks that cancelling our server earlier than requested and refunding the money has some how spited us, he is again seriously deluded.
I'm sure of one thing we both agree on and that's were as glad to see the back of him and his company as he is to see the back of us.
Considering all this started because we couldnt get a map to run and we simply posted in a forum we were informed via email we could post in.

So we posted a single post about the problems we were experiencing.
While we waited for a response, I tired out a few more maps one by one and started experiencing other issues so I desiced to put in a support ticket alerting them to the problems and pointed them to a forum post, to which we got this:
Sorry bud, but we are not going to chase tickets and then chase forum threads,
no way ...
It's enough that we are helping with maps, we did not even create...
But rather than politely make a point you end up with comments like this. Serious attitude problem or what!
Hmm and here was me thinking that you respect customers because without them there is no business.. Silly me, I've been treating my customers all wrong all this time.
And excuse me, I didnt send an email that said custom maps available...
They were there, we tried them and had issues, for which we get attitude.
We wouldn't have even bothered about custom maps if it were not for the TWO emails telling us they were available.
The whole reason we added the support ticket was to alert these guys that something serious might be going on.
Previously the owner moaned like hell when we crashed their servers a few times while trying out a mod.
Reporting these map issues before we crashed anything was courtesy on our part..
Wish we hadn't bothered.
I also didnt ask that they respond to forum posts and tickets either, I started a forum post then things started getting worse so I submitted a ticket alerting them. If the server had threw a wobbly, this guy would have been on teamspeak mouthing off again like a twat so what do ya do?

I must point out that alot of people want to run mods, and custom maps but to this guy its enough they help with maps they didnt create.

When we first joined these guys we had no experience what so ever, we made a few mistakes and got a telling off like children, we should have told the dude to shove it there and then.
Well now we are and good riddance!
FOOTNOTE TO JAY:
If you're gonna show this kind of attitude with all your customers that want to run mods and maps and inevitably issues will occur, I suggest you remove the ability to add mods and maps now before you go broke bud.
It is our intention to leave this post right on the front page here to alert others before they fall foul to your attitude.
If you are a relatively new clan or new to game servers, do not use this service. One mistake and you are liable for a telling off like a 2 year old!
